Twenty years ago, Sharon’s identical twin vanished. Now, a mysterious young woman enters Sharon’s life, claiming to be her sister’s daughter and bringing with her a revelation that will upend Sharon’s whole life.
Recap/Wine Thoughts

Twenty Years Ago. We see someone breaking into a house; it is a young girl named Diane. Her twin sister wakes up and is horrified to see her sister is robbing them.
Back to the present, we are on the tennis court, where Sharon is a no-nonsense coach who runs her own club. Sharon is also the mother of tweens, Jadyn and Noah, who are obsessed with their phones. (Typical, but I liked this family!)

A college student shows up with sad news: Diane is dead from an OD, and the girl is her long-lost daughter. Cara provides an abundance of proof. Diane’s birth certificate, ID, and a stolen wedding ring. (But not a Death certificate!?) Immediately, Sharon wants to introduce her to the family. The tweens think it is weird, and her husband worries that Cara is after the family money.
Cara ingratiates herself with the family and shows her bad side to Jayden, swigging from a flask and hiding behind a tree. Jayden talks about how uptight her mother is, and Cara encourages the teen to embrace her wild side. Later, they shoplift!!!!!!

Ben puts more pressure on Sharon to do a DNA test, and when Cara comes back as a match, they move her in. The son is the wisest one in the family, because he is like, “WE BARELY KNOW THIS WOMAN!!!!!”

The final test is taking Cara to meet her grandmother. Nana is happy to have her wedding ring back, but she is skeptical of Cara. Sharon tries to explain that Cara has been good for the family, but Nana has her doubts.
Strange things start happening. Ben comes close to being fired at work after a competitor calls for a job reference, implying he is looking for another job. Sharon is hit in the head with a rock and knocked unconscious outside the tennis club.

With Sharon in the hospital, Cara babysits the tweens so Ben can be with his wife. Cara tells Jayden that someone could be after her mother. Cara also places doubts in Jayden’s mind about her mother. Was Sharon responsible for Diane’s addition to prescription pills? Sharon is a pusher!

Nana straight-up tells Cara that she is not related to them because blood knows blood. Cara tries to talk about all the proof she has, but Nana doesn’t care and is about to call the police, but Cara smothers her with a kitchen towel. Cara stages it to look like an accident, and the police rule the death an accidental fall.
With a death on their hands and a funeral to plan, Ben brings up his doubts to Sharon again. Could Cara be out for revenge? Sharon has nightmares and wakes up confused after oversleeping. Cara has taken the kids to school on her way to work. When Sharon goes to the coffee shop where Cara works, she learns that Cara NEVER worked there. The family decides to confront Cara themselves and THEN calls the police to report Cara’s lies.

Cara tries to lie about her job and tells Sharon that there is much more she doesn’t know. The DNA test was from a strand of hair Cara took from Jayden’s brush. Cara is really Paige, a former tennis star who was kicked out of the club. Cara/Paige loves the DRAMA.
Jayden, unfortunately, doesn’t get the memo, and Cara/Paige tries to kidnap the teen and lurks around the house. The police take Cara/Paige into police custody, but that doesn’t stop the strange occurrences.

Someone breaks into the tennis club, and the whole family goes to investigate, which is odd. They don’t even stay together; they separate and investigate. Ben gets wacked at the indoor club, and Jayden is grabbed next. Diane is ALIVE.
Diane holds Jayden at knifepoint, and Sharon is shocked to see her twin sister is alive. There is a struggle between the sisters, but Sharon triumphs with a tennis racket. Sharon lets her sister go, and the police don’t think Diane will be back. (But there are 8 minutes left in this movie, so I have a feeling this isn’t over.)

Sharon and her family go home, and, shocker, someone breaks in. It’s Diane. Jayden screams, alerting her mother that the bitch is back. They get into another twin fight, sending Diane tumbling down the stairs to her death.
Two weeks later, the tennis club is back up and running. The end!
STRAY Thoughts
You have got to check that birth certificate, or at least look for an obituary or something!!!!
When you take a hair strand for DNA, be sure to pull it from the root, not a hairbrush like Cara.
Ben was a LAME husband. Good for Sharon for defending her family!
It would have been better with Tia and Tamera

Rats! I wish I had stuck through with this one. The first half of it was dull and slow moving.
I thought it turned out ok!
Was there a connection between Cara/Paige and Diane or are we supposed to believe they coincidentally both came out of the woodwork for revenge at the same time?
Right? They were not working together as far as I could tell
