Recap/Wine Thoughts

A blonde woman drinks wine in the bathtub and then gets “What Lie’s Beneath her”ed.

Cut to Professor Daniel, who is taking over for a Creative writing class, much to the horror of grad student Nicole, who slept with the married processor unknowingly.

The professor throws a party, and Nicole brings her friend Zoe. They drink the free drinks and try to avoid Professor Daniel’s Vereranian wife, Valerie. Nicole ends up chatting with Valerie, and it seems like she may know about her husband’s infidelities. Also at the party is a creepy guy named Brandon Davis. Who follows Nicole around the party and tries to take her home.

Nicole gets a call from an unknown caller in the middle of the night, and flowers show up at her door. She assumes it is Professor Daniel, but it is clearly Brandon Davis. Brandon asks Nicole out on a date while she works at a cafe as a barista. Professor Daniel watches them have a conversation. Later, he crashes their date at a bar. Nicole decides to tell Brandon Davis about the affair she had with Professor Daniel. Brandon David wants to talk with the professor and tells Nicole to be sure to lock her doors at night, which is creepy.

After Professor Daniel publicly humiliates Brandon Davis and makes fun of his writing. Nicole and Bandon drop the class. Zoe is concerned and tells her friend to watch her back because Professor Daniel is DANGEROUS,

Valerie is still suspicious of her husband and yells at him while drinking wine, which is ICONIC.

Brandon Davis finds out that Professor Daniel made a move on her, confronts him in the hallway, and tells him to stay away from her OR ELSE! Then Nicole confronts Professor Daniel about a failing grade, and when he checks it, it is an A. Professor Daniel tells Nicole to be careful dating Brandon because he is a boy and probably hacked the system

Nicole doesn’t listen to that advice and has a Chinese and sexy time with Brandon.

The following day, Nicole goes out to get croissants leaving a shirtless Brandon to be killed by a syringe. Nicole finds the body and calls the police. The police don’t suspect foul play but interview Professor Daniel and his wife. The Detective knows about the affair, and that Prof has a key to her apartment.

Nicole stays with Zoe, who is a true friend. Professor Daniel is put on administrative leave while they investigate the murder. Thinking that Professor Daniel is gone, Nicole searches his files and finds an article about a missing student. (Who is the bathtub girl.) Professor Daniel catches her and tells her to “Watch her back.”

Nicole finds Bathtub girl’s mom and asks her about the relationship with Professor Daniel. The mother says it was an apparent drug overdose. Nicole plans to talk to Valerie and tell her what she has found out.

When Nicole meets up with Valerie, no one is home. Nicole just lets herself inside and finds Valerie crying on the floor hysterically and pointing to a room. Professor Daniel committed suicide by hanging.

Ketamine turns out to be the cause of death for pretty much everyone, and Nicole looks it up online and sees that the drug can be found in EVERY Veterinarian’s office.

Nicole confronts Valerie about the “Special K.” Valerie denies everything, but Nicole has video evidence of Valerie stalking her. Valerie comes clean and admits to killing everyone angrily. IT IS INTENSE! Valerie smashes Nicole in the head with a vase and ties her up.

When Nicole comes to, she tries to untie herself as Valerie goes through her motives for killing and fills up a syringe with Ketamine. Nicole isn’t going down like that, fights Valerie with Fabreeze, and eventually stabs Valerie in the heart with the needle.

Nicole gets published in some creative writing journal and dedicates it to Brandon. She plans to write a book about CRAZY STORIES and toasts with Zoe to celebrate.
