When a rodeo bronc rider finds herself ranch-sitting for a friend while caring for her injured horse over Christmas, she clashes with a brooding veteran only to find that the magic of the season may be what they need to heal their hearts.
Recap/Wine Thoughts
Second Horse Christmas movie of the night.
This one is about a rodeo. Emma talks to a cowboy about his brother, Noal, who is coming back for the holiday Christmas Rodeo Showcase. They are up for a significant sponsorship, and Emma could be a big draw, being a female rodeo person, or whatever they are called? Cowgirl?
Emma’s horse has a freakout and won’t be able to ride. She is going to have to do the rodeo without her prize-winning beauty.
Corey Sevier, AKA Noal, shows up and immediately gets naked. He accidentally gets into bed with Emma, who is sleeping in his room. They have a predicament and argue over whose room it is. Noal asks Emma not to tell his brother he is back.
Emma and Noal decorate the house and wait for his brother to come back from his Rodeo tour. Noal is in therapy for his PTSD. Noal is shirtless a lot of this movie, but that is to show his scar on his chest and get him talking about a mission gone wrong during an ambush.
The brother fails to secure the sponsorship and comes home to find Noal and Emma hooking up and playing house on his parents’ ranch. Emma tries to get them to end their sibling rivalry by re-creating the Christmas of their childhood. They decorate the tree, bake cookies, and even have a barn dance.
Emma gets a chance to go back on the road after her horse recovers. She tells Noal she isn’t going to wait around on a ranch for no man and goes out to get the sponsorship. Which she does.
Emma and Noal get together, MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Corey Sevier, shirtless, was actually pivotal to the plot.
